Refund policy
The provision of goods and services by TYCAM 4x4 is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, TYCAM 4x4 will credit the client in full within 30 days via refund to a valid bank account in the name of the client (proof may be required).
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.
If the client is unhappy with the product/s, Returns will be accepted within 5 working days provided that the goods are unused, in original packaging, undamaged and uninstalled ,same process applies as the refund policy. If appropriate – provide details regarding damaged/unwanted/returned goods. Client would need to cover the shipping cost back to our premises.
All LED Lights carry a one (1) year replacement guarantee from date of invoice, TYCAM 4X4 will carry the cost of the replacement and courier cost back to client only.
Lights are IP67/68 Rated therefore no replacement on LED Lights that have been pressure washed.
Broken casings and lenses are not under guaranty.
Accessories/Parts/Lights should be fitted by accredited installers to prevent damages to parts or your vehicle and to ensure compliance to the law and used accordingly.
Faulty accessories will be tested by manufacturers and we will require a copy of the accredited installers invoice before replacement will be made.
